I just installed these on my recently purchased Westcreek DC that had terrible tuners, which I expected. These look great, they're smooth, and stay tuned. If I had Gibson, then I would have gotten some expensive tuners, but for my guitar they're great.

Used these to replace the cheap, sticky tuners on my Grote archtop... These tuners did the job nicely with nice, smooth action, and stable tuning.... They look fantastic with the gold vibrato I installed.I'm really satisfied with the purchase, and it's pretty much what I expected.

What I'd expect for <$20The price is right, but one of them has become very resistant to being turned after 2 weeks and 1 string changeStill holds tune, but I've since had the pleasure of working with Grover locking tuners. They're not even comparable.Mould lines on the tuner knobs is quite noticable which detracts from the aesthetic.

I bought a beater guitar for $10 in an auction. I didn’t notice from the pictures that one of the tuning machines was messed up, but the strings that were on it rang out so beautifully, I figured I’d get a new set of tuner machines and see if I could replace them myself. It was actually extremely easy to do. The black finish looks excellent with the orange sunburst of the wood. Like, real nice. I barely have to retune. This $10 Galveston Acoustic beater holds tune just as good as my Gibson J-100 Xtra. It sounds SO good. I highly recommend these tuner machines. Just make sure I’m shopping for new ones that you are getting the same type of machine as what is currently on your headstock, otherwise there’s drilling to be done. If you get the same type, it’s just unscrewing the old one off and screwing the new one back in. You can do the whole replacement with a screwdriver, easy peasy.

These tuners were very easy to install and keep the guitar in tune.
