Can I steam the jar with lid on? Is the lid heat safe?

Don’t heat containers with sealed lids. Recipe for disaster. Pressure builds up during the heating process and the lid could pop off or worse...the container could explode

Can I bake these in the oven at 375? I'd like to make mini quiche directly in them and then freeze for later use

I would think so but im not sure and I haven’t tried, but thats a good idea.
