what is "slimline?" don't understand sizing system

I think slimline refers to the height of the shoulder pad. It would be easy to cut them down to make them smaller if you think they are too big.

How do you ensure adhesive stays sticky?

This product does not include adhesive. There is a flap that slides under your bra strap to keep the shoulder pad in place. Double sided fashion/wardrobe tape can be used to keep in place as well.

What are the dimensions? Length, width and thickness.

I'm really pleased with these genuinely petite shoulder pads

I'm really pleased with these genuinely petite shoulder pads. They are well shaped, much better than my previous ones from the US and because they curve well over the shoulders they stay in place much better and don't leave a tell tale bulge contrasting with the small tops of my arms!. One of them has split slightly but apart from that I'm happy and wear them every day. They make my clothes look much better on and I'd be lost without them. It has been hard to find truly petite self-adhesive pads but these are the business.
