What are the dimensions of this item?

Pouch is 11" long, 5 1/2" high.Belt is 23" long plus pouch 11" = 34" around the waist. However, belt is very stretchy and could stretch much larger - maybe another 13". The top zip pocket is 9" x 4 3/4". Bottom zip pocket is 7"x4". I'm only counting usable space, not beyond the stitching.

Can it hold an iPhone 6 Plus?

yes ,but it would defeat its purpose of being comfortable because its very thin and snug fitting to the body. the purpose of this belt is for money and to fit under your cloths to be discrete And it is very light weight.not sure if the money belt will hold up over time good luck on your choice.

how many passports can this carry?

This money belt is very roomy. I'd say it's possible to carry a family of six passports easily inside. Since passports are thin, you can manage to safely carry a few in this money belt.

Do you have to take this off to go through airport security?

I believe that you are required to remove any money belt or pouch at security but this depends on the airport and country. If you are concerned then i would suggest removing this before you get to security and putting inside and other bag or jacket you may have with you, this will reduce the risk of an airport official asking you to remove and putting it through after you may have already been through the scanner.

Very slim, very practical

The fanny pack is very slim and only adds in volume according to what you put into it. So if you only have credit cards and some cash, it is practically invisible and can be totally hidden underneath your clothes.It's also durable and good quality. Recommended.
