Is this good to contour ?

It absolutely is a good contour. I prefer a liquid highlight under the powder highlight, though. Otherwise, you truly have to layer it.

Is there a light shade and a dark shade. There’s two sellers and one looks darker than the other sellers. But it could be the lighting.

As far as I know, only one shade. It could very well be the lighting of whatever picture you're looking at.
