ممتازة وضعت بها وزن عشرة كليو وكانت مثاليه مثل التي بالصالة الرياضية ولكن عيبها ان الحبل طويل علقتها بالباب ونزلت على ركبتي عشان اتمرن بها لانه الحبل طويل ربما هي مصممة للتعليق علي جهاز رياضي عالي الارتفاع وليس على ارتفاع الباب
