The hair and beard do NOT come with the costume. My husband wore a wig/beard that came with a different Santa costume.

We will have fun on Christmas Day with our Harry Potter theme. The costume looks a bit plasticky, and what looked like embroidery trimming is just printed on. However, it will do. The size is just right.
