Bang for the 💰
This is the best buy for this price range. Better than any motherboard onboard audio. Sound blaster equivalent is around 7 times more expensive and believe me same performance.Using Windows 10 Pro, and I downloaded the driver/interface application and worked perfect. Even Windows is recognising as USB sound card and works well.You can not buy this price range any better or even close to this device.

Mic recording volume is too low
I bought this item because I needed an external sound card for my microphone to record on my laptop. First, it did not work although my windows 10 recognized the hardware. I contacted the seller who advised to install the driver from the CD that came with the item, but I don't have CD reader! (Are they still in use?!) It was hard to look for the right win 10 drivers on line, so I asked the seller to help. They shared them and I could record, however, voice input is very low. I asked the seller to help but then I never heard from them for 2 weeks. I contact them again (29.06.2019) to follow up. If anyone tried this, got the same results, and then fixed it, please let me know.

Very good item
With this sound card the quality of the sound of my small speaker is superb!The bass and the clarity of the music is more emphasize with less noise.I will definitely recommend this.

Product worked but messed around with my keyboard layout and no response from seller
The hardware changed the layout of my internal keyboard and I got saved from losing my mind because I had an external keyboard. There has been no response from seller. I will have to take the laptop to a computer shop to fix the error bcoz I have tried all the methods including uninstalling keyboard, trouble shooting etc..After doing some research online, I figured that I have to install a program. The seller did provide CD with the content but who in the world has CD-ROM these days???

Not compatible
This product is not compatible to Windows 10.Sadly the product compatibility details are not mentioned in the technical specs.However I could get a quick refund of the product and I had to purchase a different product from another vendor.stanley
