Was skeptical buying this macbook, ended up buying it in excellent condition and this thing is basically brand new! Not a single scratch or imperfection on it, came with a charger and battery capacity is at 90%! Touch bar works amazing and runs pretty quickly as well. Worth the buy!!

Was skeptical because it seemed like some people were getting some really beat up units. I rolled the dice and am quite pleased so far everything works as it should and it’s in excellent condition. Overall so far very pleased. Will see how it holds up over time. I will update if it experiences any major changes worth noting.

I hate giving reviews so early in the purchasing process because some things can work phenomenally, and then three weeks later, you can end up having problems. Still, as most people state, I’ll update if something down the line doesn’t meet my satisfaction. This MacBook Pro is above and beyond anything I could’ve hoped for; all of the keys function. It’s fast, no scratches, no dings. It looks practically brand new for a refurbished MacBook, even though we don’t know what the refurbish contributed to. It’s working flawlessly, I’m able to do my post for my online classes and not have to use my roommate's MacBook Air. Battery life is beyond anything I could’ve hoped for, 92% battery. Life is phenomenal for 2025. I am thoroughly pleased with this purchase!

I received a faulty device. After multiple attempts to update to the latest version of Mac OS, I noticed that it wouldn’t work and that this Mac also appears to have a full battery even after hours of use. I’m not sure what they did to the battery. It says that it’s at 100%capacity, but even in the best-case scenario, that can’t be possible for a 4 year old computer. They didn’t include a charger either, but that’s the least of my worries. Going to repurchase from a more trusted source. Hoping for a better result.(Update) The MacBook stopped being able to hold a charge . It was so exhausting trying to get this thing to work. I really was so happy to receive this. It looked pretty good and I was so hyped to see a perfect battery. I should’ve known something was up when that status never changed or when the update to the latest OS would not complete. I kept trying for hours and hours. I really still have no clue what was wrong with this computer. The replacement is on its way from a different seller. I am hoping for a better result. 😞

I bought the refurbished in excellent condition. So glad i purchased this macbook instead of the full priced one from apple. Came in excellent condition no scratches or scuffs and full battery health. basically brand new!! definitely buying refurbished items more!!

I bought mine in excellent condition, working great and have had no issue so far. I will say extra packing needs to be added inside the packaging. Mine was shipped through fedex with no fragile label and even then it doesn't stop delivery drivers from slinging stuff. The guy who delivered kind of just threw it down on my porch.. :/ not the sellers fault but if they do read this hopefully they will take my comment into consideration!

So far it looks nearly new! The MacBook Pro works perfectly. It was not iCloud locked which was my biggest concern with a refurbished apple product but the price was right so I figured it would be worth the gamble. The body is in great condition with virtually no scratches. my only complaint is that the battery health is only at 85% but a battery swap is cheap and easy.Also the charger it came with is brand new but not apple original. I recommend if you're looking for a modern day Mac book pro and don't want to spend over 1k this is for you. It multitasks just fine. its light weight and the speakers are impressive. Shipping was really quick it arrived overnight.

I normally don’t write reviews. But I basically have a BRAND NEW COMPUTER. Talk about a steal. I have a beautiful, fast MacBook now that is lightweight and does the job. Perfect for traveling and of course apple is always the top dawgg! 🔥. All for less than $500. A laptop that was easily $1500 brand new. The only thing I’ll say is the packing was questionable. It was beaten up by the time it got to me but somehow the laptop was still in pristine condition.
