I swear by this product. I have had a forehead crease for almost 10 years. It was deep. I had tried every serum and anti aging product I could get my hands on to tackle that crease. I have started putting a scoop in my coffee every morning. I honestly don't even notice that it's in there. The flavor is not noticeable. After a month my nails are harder and i have less joint pain. I went on vacation for 4 days without it and really missed it. My joints started to bother me again. I'll bring it with me from now on.

Easy to remember and use daily, adding to daily smoothie or coffee but fills container only 1/2 full - other review photos are accurate, not an efficient method to store, ship etc - smaller container would save costs and so much waste.

This did nothing for my nails or skin.When i have taken different brands my nails get stronger and start to grow. I finished the whole tub of this and got nothing. my nails were weak.very disappointed. will not buy again.
