Worth it 100%
So good and easy to use. Organic and you only need a teaspoon. Really really good for its price and is fresh. I love it in miso soup, so yummy

Addictive
Lovely flavour, not too salty, great texture, easy to use. Just throw in however much you want in your noodles and the hot water rehydrates it almost instantly. Excellent price too for such a large bag - I keep a bowl of it ready in the fridge for snacks. Should be kept in an airtight container once opened if you don't use it within a couple of weeks. Highly recommended.

Underrated superfood
You get so much wakame in this bag; it goes a long way. Just a pinch will expand in water to be a decent serving. Can be eaten just rehydrated like that, but it's much nicer when it's been simmered for a bit. Really good with miso, veggies, whatever you like.

Great source of Japanese basics
What a fantastic shop and a source of Japanese basic foods. The seaweed is perfect for my miso soup, great price and really grows 10 times in size! I will definitely be a returning customer.

Although delicious, I'm unsure about the safety of having often
I have never eaten wakame before, only laverbread (available where I live). This pack is going to last absolutely ages and ages because, I discovered AFTER purchasing, the serving size (per person portion) is just 1g of dried wakame which rehydrated produces around 10g of seaweed. So for my wife and having it once a week that's 250 servings/weeks, but as we are actually having it 3 times a week that is approximately 83 weeks, or 1 year and 7 months of seaweed. To be honest, I was not aware that you could not eat more than a 10g rehydrated serving of wakame per day due to the iodine level. There is no mention of this on the product or how much is in the product. I believe that needs to be corrected. It also throws up an issue regarding daily supplements as the multivitamin my wife and I take daily contains 150mcg of iodine too. So if you eat fish too, this might mean you are having too much iodine. I am now sort of nervous about having it, because I don't want to mess up our thyroids. Like I said, this product does not show (very surprisingly indeed) anywhere how much iodine is in it. It's not as off the scale as some others but it is still high according to some internet sites. It should be on the packaging for sure. The seaweed itself tastes delicious. I enjoy sitting watching it puff up in the water to rehydrated size. Very relaxing. We have it with breakfast twice a week and with lunch once a week. And each time with different fish. It tastes lovely and fresh with smoked salmon and poached eggs, half an avacado, filled with cottage cheese and topped with cress and a slice of rye bread. It also pairs perfectly with mackerel and tomatoes. Still, I might be cutting down to twice a week simply because I'm unsure about the safety of having it so often.
