Handles weight
I use this for my 11 inch iPad so there is some extra space for my hands to rest on the stand. I would suggest getting a size larger than your device for this. I was impressed with how well it holds my hand weight - don't have to hold back. Super adjustable for the angle (since it's not clicked in) and the thick silicone on the bottom of the back stand makes it stay in place. Often times I just curl up in front of the tv and have the tablet stand hanging over my knees while I draw. Really great and comfortable! Not a big thing but I also like how the brand name is subtle, which is honestly probably why I bought this one over similar shaped stands.

... an exaggeration when I say that this is the best tablet stand I've ever used
It's not an exaggeration when I say that this is the best tablet stand I've ever used.It has weight to it, despite not feeling all too heavy. So carrying this around won't be too much of a problem (that is if you are lugging a drawing tablet around anyway, this shouldn't be too much to handle for your backpack). The stand is sturdy and swivels around in many different angles so you can hit that sweet spot that suits you.that's one thing i really love about this product. when i'm not drawing, the stand can stand your drawing tablet almost at a 90 degree angle so you can easily use it as a monitor without having to hunch over.and for the price, this thing easily beats out the more expensive stands made for iPad pros and the like.highly recommended.

Good for tablets
This stand is nice. A little pricey at $50. It's true, like others have mentioned, that it only holds a lightweight device. I bought it to hold several of my tablets (Surface Pro, Ipad) that I use for digital illustration and it works great for those. I also wanted it to hold my Wacom Companion Hybrid and my Maschine MK3. It works well for the Wacom but I'm worried that it will start to give after some time. It didn't support the weight of the Maschine MK3 (4.85lbs) but when it collapses all the way it still holds the Maschine at about 3" off the surface so it works well as a stand for that device too.I would suggest a hand-tightened nut for better fasting on the hinge in a future design. Then it would be even better. I'm definitely happy with it though, and I would recommend it.

Started off well, but won't hold position with a MSP16
I bought this for the MSP16, and it worked pretty well initially. I would've given it 5 stars then. I use the tablet at a pretty shallow angle, but after a while, it won't support working on the tablet if I raise it up just a little above the bottom. It just slides back down to the bottom height. Luckily, all I need is a slight angle, so it's not a huge issue. It would be, though, if I needed the tablet up a little higher. I've tried it in all sorts of rotations to see if it would hold any better, but it doesn't.Other than that, it seems well made. One of the things I really like about it is that it doesn't have a front bumper that's intrusive for drawing. It's only a slight drop to the tablet. Many laptop stands have high bumpers at the front to keep the laptops in position, but are too high and interfere with drawing. I would prefer that it fold completely flat for traveling, but that's a minor issue.

Great stand to use with the Wacom Mobile Studio Pro 13" or 16"
I recently purchased the Wacom Mobile Studio Pro 16" [...]. As many are aware Wacom released this tablet without a stand of its own. I found the Artisul Freestyle Stand here on Amazon and in the short time I have had the tablet this stand has been a great option for me. If I am drawing on the desk it seems to fully support the tablet, even when drawing. It has a rubberized leg that keeps it from slipping and a rubberized lip that keeps the front planted and is flexible for different sized tablets this might be used with. If I am drawing on my lap, I find that using this in combination with a pillow that I prop behind the leg to be my most natural drawing experience. Overall, I feel like this was a fantastic choice for me. It handles my needs and actually gave me an option when I had no others. I think this would also be a great choice for an iPad Pro. It is slightly pricey, but for me it was very needed and in the overall scheme of things worth it!

High quality stand!
Okay so HUGE obligatory post/shout out to Marc Brunet over at Cubebrush and the awesome people at Artisul US for sending me this awesomely designed tablet stand. I absolutely LOVE it. It's way better and sturdier than my cintiq companion's default stand and way cooler looking too haha~ It's super adjustable with its 360 degree rotational stand bar that allows it to go from near vertical(called gallery mode) to near horizontal(called easel mode) and anything in between! lightweight and not an eyesore either! So honestly if you have a cintiq companion or any 13" pen display and are looking for a good replacement for your current stand? I would highly suggest the one ARTISUL makes. Thanks again guys!

While not perfect, a HUGE help if you're drawing flat on your tablet, or have a small stand.
I'm a digital artist with an XP Pen 15.6 Pro. The stand that comes standard with the XP Pen only raises the tablet by about 20 degrees, so I wanted a greater degree of elevation.I've been loving this stand, and it makes drawing at my desk so much more comfortable. It's very versatile in height and is subtle enough to not be obtrusive at your workspace. However, after about two weeks of use, the stand joint on the back has begun to wobble somewhat, and there does not seem to be a way to tighten it. This doesn't cause any major issues, especially if you're the type to keep your free hand on the side of the tablet. But since I've had it for only a short time, there is the potential of it getting worse. I can only hope it doesn't!While the wobbling is a bit tedious, for $40 this is exactly what I needed, so I would still give it 5 stars. I haven't had a chance to compare this to similar products, but if you're wondering if a more comfortable digital drawing experience is worth the cash, I highly recommend giving this a try.

Joints
The media could not be loaded. UpdateStarting to notice the flex aren't from the lower support but actually the product itself. The amount of flexing is just too much to draw comfortably considering the price of the stand itself. Not just the higher angle but even the lower position flex quite a bit, couldn't upload both video so I'll just post the higher angle one as it's more serious.-------------------------------------------This stand is a really good upgrade from the flimsy Cintiq 13hd stand. The higher angle is not really drawing friendly as the support point is too low to support the tablet when you draw on the upper half.Would love if it could support higher angle better as it gives much better ergonomic
