WonderSlim Gourmet High Protein Bar / Meal Replacement Bar / Low Calorie Diet Bars (10g Protein) - Zesty Lemon (7ct)

I was looking for dessert bars that I could keep in my desk drawer at work. I love lemony stuff. These bars were expensive because they are not just dessert bars, they are weight loss bars. I purchased them anyway because they looked good. I must say that they are delicious and filling! I would buy them again. They are worth the price. Not too sweet and not too sour and not too vitaminy-tasting. I am not a paid reviewer. I purchase merchandise from Amazon on a weekly basis. I wait until I have used the product to form an honest opinion of it before posting a review. I will answer questions unless I feel the seller should respond.

Tastes good, low calories, price a little high

I am pleasantly surprised by how lemony and good these are. I would say they taste more like lemon bars than lemon meringue, but that's very nitpicky. They are sweet and when I'm craving a lemony dessert they definitely meet the requirements of that craving. No weird taste or aftertaste. It does have real sugar and I wish that was all it had, but it also contains other sweeteners like maltitol syrup (a sugar alcohol). The ingredients list overall really isn't fantastic, but as an occasional treat I think it's alright. I definitely have not found any other lemon dessert protein bars that taste even half as good as this one, so they've got that going for them! I don't like that it doesn't say where the bars are made anywhere on the packaging, but according to the internet they are made in the USA. I don't know why they don't put that on the box or the listing page, I'd think that is a good additional selling point for them? But overall I would say I'm mostly pleased with these bars and would recommend them! Hope this helps.

These things tend to be a bit sweet for my palate, but they are awesome in a pinch when you know you should eat but can't take the time to eat well. The taste and texture of Wonderslim bars is definitely satisfying and it absolutely staves off hunger for a couple of hours for me. I'm also allergic to peanuts, and this brand has always been safe for me to eat without worries of cross-contamination.

Product did not do well (melted) after our mailman decided to stuff it into the mailbox squished the package. Had to use a spoon to scoop the product off the wrapping to enjoy. Flavor was good but box does not stand up to being squished or to heat (do not order in summer).

Product yummy (5 stars) - just do NOT buy from Amazon (1 star)! Order these often from Diet Direct and they are good! Wanted to take some on a trip and delivery time was short so ordered from Amazon. They came in a mailing envelope that was smashed, including the bars and bars were stale. The convenience definitely sacrificed quality!

Delicious! Very good with excellent flavor and excellent protein content! I would buy them again!

I am not sure that I would call this a meal replacement bar because it is not as filling as I would want in a "meal," but it is definitely a delicious treat to either fill in as a snack during the day or as a dessert after dinner. The lemony flavor is just tart enough without overwhelming the bar, and it contains quality ingredients that are low in sugar and carbs. Perfect for my keto dieting needs!
