Don't bother with anything but Thorne who works with the Mayo Clinic. Outstanding product and you can of course trust the contents of their product...would you really want to be cheap with your Olympic Teams?! I had my blood tested and retested because I could not get my Vitamin D up and I bought what I thought was the best. Wrong. No comparison. Thorne is the best..period. My Vitamin D came up into the high normal range when they tested me again.

Ordered this a week ago to try after doing a good deal of research on Thorne products. I took probiotics a few years ago and I really do not know why I stopped. I am 50 years old now, premenopausal, and I will try just about anything except Ozempic and the like to try and lose weight and get my gut right. I feel like it's working. The result on day 3 is more bowel movements and what is coming out is what I would consider old stool. I think these pills are working the garbage out of my belly. I will report back after a solid month of being on this probiotic, but, I feel good about what is going on thus far. If this helps me, I will tell every woman I know... FOR SURE.

Great for reducing acid reflux

These were delivered this morning. Took one right away, and then one with lunch, and one with dinner. I haven’t felt my stomach this calm in a really long time. Only one day in but feeling a difference already! Very thankful!

I was reading the reviews before and thinking it can't be this good. I've tried so many probiotics and non was doing anything. I have no idea what is inside this pill that as soon as you take it, your gut stops complaining! For years I was suffering from constipation and bloating, IBS symptoms. I've had a lot of pain and I would go to bathroom a lot. I've tried pills and didn't work.The first day I took it, it was like forcing my body to clean up then everything calmed down!I am hoping they don't discontinue this pill and keeps working as it is now.

Compared to what I was using before this product is okay. What has made me decide not to order it again is that this company has several products that are probiotics and I can't tell the difference between why you should be one or another, there is too little information for the product description.

I sprinkle the capsule over my dogs kibble/raw breakfast to help with their gut health!
