Less than 2 years and it is not working.

I like the design! Looks so nice and doesn’t look cheap like most of the other water dispensers.Two things:1) cold and hot water flow perfectly. but the normal water is a little bit weak2) the anti-finger print feature is not what you expect (at least for us)..Go for it

This is the review you will need if you are looking for a water dispenser!!I have got this water dispenser after looking for all options in the market, I would say that it is best for price for many reasons.It is not very noisy, except for the first time you run it.If you have a toddler at home it is ideal since the buttons are located at the top so they will not be able to press them.It has 3 separate water nozzles, so you definitely won’t get some boiling water when you want cold.Quality is very good, water temp is good.

Not a lasting product! I bought it in November 2023 it has started to give problems, there is constant need to fix the tubes inside and the water flow has reduced considerable. the idea to purchase a brand product is that it be durable, this one has not even lasted me 1.5 years!!

The water flow from normal water tap is very low, and water is coming cold from this tap.The low water level sensor is not working as well.

Noise rating 4/5, not enough to cause disturbance.It does not have plastic taste at the begining like the cheap alternatives.

Started making constant loud noises after 5 months, pump broken and water comes out inconsistently. There is warranty but how do I send back/ get fixed or replaced?

Product as described. Does away with the hassle of lifting and keeping the bottle during each refill cycle. Premium buttons with optimum press force needed. Hot and cold are really hot n cold! Only minus thing for me being the normal water is colder than normal. Need toix with hot water sometimes.
