I’ve been a big fan and I’ve recommended Nutribullet to family, friends and my community. I’ve had 3 so far and all three do not work. The three little plastic extensions on the cup that go into machine dents in order to start the motor broke on every single cup. imagine the waste plus I cannot use it. I ordered a new machine that stopped working after first use. There seemed to be a lose piece inside the motor that made a strange noise once I took the machine out of the box. Very disappointed. I am researching other blenders that I can invest in and use for at least for 5-10 years before having to replace it. This consumerism is ridiculous. We pay big prices for stuff that breaks after a few uses. No thank you. Nutribullet I lost my faith in you. I won’t buy any of your products anymore.

Very disappointing. In the first use to make a paste it went of in first minute. A normal mixie is a better option and a cheaper option. I am not sure what to do as I bought opened and used for only 1 min. What do i do with it? What a waste of money.
