These have been a life saver the past few months. I work as a paraeducator in a sometimes volatile SPED classroom where I don't always know when I'll be able to get a lunch break. But I find eating breakfast really difficult as I'm not hungry until I've been awake and moving for a while. These are easy to toss in my bag and make on the fly while I brew a quick cup of coffee in the breakroom around midmorning when I'm finally hungry and we're settling into our routine.I can buy them locally but I prefer subscribing so I get a 12 pack once a month at a better price-per-cup and have them on hand. You can easily use their regular pancake mixes and water in a mug to make a good equivalent and sometimes I will if I want to throw some fruit or nuts in too.Overall, a little heavy on the sugar content if you're watching your sugar intake but they taste great and are a fantastic on-the-go choice for a hot breakfast at your desk option.

Great simple breakfast that requires only 60 seconds in the microwave! Add water or milk and you’ve got a pancake in a cup! I gave it four stars because it tends to dry out if you don’t eat it 5 minutes. Overall it tastes good, is very filling and adds some extra protein to your diet.

Love the flavor and best for breakfast or even a snack just to get your protein in for the day!!

I’ve ordered the buttermilk and maple flapjacks three times now, and I keep receiving oatmeal cups instead. Each time, getting a refund (they don’t accept returns for this item) is a pain. I really want my flapjacks!!!!
