Witforms Central AC Air Flow Deflector, White Arm, Transparent Panel, Min 60cm Max 110cm, Central Model

I have hate and love relationship with AC, need it to survive the summer but always had issue with direct air flow especially the one in my bedroom, coz the air falls right through the headboard. I considered different options and finally chose this one considering this product is available locally, which means I can get it rather quickly (literally next day, so kudos for that), and can be extended to cover 25inch (75 cm) AC opening in my case (this is critical). I didn't really expect much, but surprise that it was rather easy to install and works fine. Others were pointed righty about the questionable plastic screw, but it doesn't bother me much, I used the self-zip-lock plastic wire that comes with it to mount the handles, it stayed firmly, no issue. Assembled everything on the ground with the correct length, and just before climbing the ladder I detached the two handles, installed the platform with the self zip wire, then insert the already assembled board. Truly happy with the quality of the transparent plastic board (not that noticeable aesthetically), practical and easy installation, but most importantly, the air is now diverted upward. It will massively improve the sleep quality. Love it! Thanks for inventing the product.

Not sure why some others are knocking this thing, but my experience has been very good so far.Installation went relatively easy, fixtures were sturdy.My only issue was that my AC vent horizontal bars were narrower but I managed it. However couldn't get the zip ties through so I didn't use the..The deflector has helped direct air into the room rather than keep it high on the ceiling.If anything happens I'll come back and update, but it's been a good buy so far.

It works exactly as expected, it deflects the extremely cold air from the AC vents to the way you point it at.However, the plastics are very fragile. The deflector itself is made from an extremely hard plastic that is asking to break at first touch. All plastic connectors seem very fragile. I had to remove one of them to reattach and it was incredibly hard to remove it, I was afraid that I would break it but it went well at the end.The clips that go on the vents might fall at any moment because of the weight of the whole thing. One of the clips does not work like the other one, the tightening screw has a different behaviour, so unam assuming that QA inspection on these items are very low.Ultimately, the product really works as expected and it is the only one that I could find on Amazon for central AC. I’m just a bit worried about the overall quality of the materials and how the whole thing will hold up to the AC.

As advertised on how it works to reflect air - very useful and simple install ... Clips attaching to the AC vent are ok as they are a plastic screw type, so you have to tighten them until secure. I bought two kits, on one kit the screws when tightened grip perfectly, the second kit the screws spin free when tightened - so I secured with a bit of silicone sealer and clear packaging tape to make sure it doesn't fall out.For this kit to be really useful, they should supply 2 sets of brackets and clips, or an option to order a second set of brackets and clips if you aren't extending the length.Since I do not need the extender but could use it on another set of ceiling vents. Will reach out to the supplier and see if they will assist in getting a 2nd set of brackets and clips.*follow up - sent supplier an email, he called me 5 minutes later. Very complicated to install and not stable

Great product so far. I installed 3 on the roof vents. They are holding well. In time we will see if they sag or the holders break. I am satisfied so far.

Good quality. The only reason I give 4 star is because the length of the AC vents should be 60 cm acording to the manufacturer, my vents are 64 cm so I was thinking that they will fit, they dont! The actual deflector is installed between 2 brackets, after I put the brackets in my 64cm vents the remaining distance for the deflector was 58 cm, therefore I had to push the deflector between the 2 bracketsto stay in place, I left it like that but I am waiting any moment to either brake the deflector or the brackets. Again, the product is so good that I want it to work! They should reasses the measurements and inform the customers.
