Good machine! Vibration moves the coffee cup though, sometimes causing a spill, but I am on top of it. Not a big deal. Does the job

I’ve used this coffee machine before and had a decent experience, which is why I bought it again. Unfortunately, this time the machine is extremely loud, sounds more like a sugarcane juicer than a coffee maker! It also takes longer to process, which is frustrating.To make matters worse, the product description promised a 100 AED voucher upon purchase, but I never received it. I tried reaching out to the company multiple times but got no response. Everything was in vain. I still don’t know how to claim the voucher.Very disappointed with both the product quality and the false advertising. Not what I expected
