Severe acidity and skin allergy
I bought this product last week for weight loss. Since day 1 of consumption I got severe allergic reaction and skin burns. Second day I developed severe acidity. My fortune the doctor diagnosed that it is because of this Actifiber. I discontinued using this, after a week now I'm fine. Don't buy this product. Else keep doctor fee and suffering ready by your side.

Helps reducing appetite.
I have been using ActiFiber Weight Control for 10 days now. For the first 3 days, I could not find any significant change in my appetite. However, since the fifth day, I have observed a significant reduction in my hunger. I cannot eat more than 2 chapatis at a time, while I used to eat 5 at a time. It is definitely helping me reduce calories, as they claim. I also spoke to their Nutrition Counselor for some guidance. She helped me with a diet plan for my weight reduction..
