Swanson Lung Essentials 120 Veg Capsules

First off I smoke cigarettesI have noticed how much better I feel when I take these. I started with 1 pill twice a day. Adding a pill every 2 days. I take 3 pills twice a day and can breathe much easier and expell flem from my lungs.

This works wonders @ clearing out gunk from my lungs....can tell when I go without, makes breathing a lot easier.

I have used this product before, and have just ordered again. I know smoking is now considered a "dirty word," but my boyfriend and I both do smoke; we've both smoked for many, many years; and the Lung Essentials make a noticeable difference in how our lungs feel.

Purchased based on Naturalist recommendation to heal from pneumonia. Recovery is going very welll and assume Lung Essentials was an integral part of this
