I've purchased multiple controllers over the years from this shop, we always come here. The designs are great, the controllers are well packaged, customer service is 11/10, love this shop so so much.

Bought this for Christmas for my husband and he loves it! No complaints so far.

I ordered this controller and was completely excited only to get it and be disappointed. Where the hand grips are it's real rough. The plastic doesn't line up where the seller popped the face off to paint it. I do want to return it. Such a disappointment

I received a controller that was doa and after what seemed like months(merely a couple of weeks), my replacement showed up and I couldn’t be happier!

Best controller ever

I loved the controller while it worked. After a week the paddles on the bottom (the most important feature) stopped working. I replaced them and they still didn't work. I am unaware if this has happened to anyone else, but in my personal experience, I was disappointed at the lack of durability. Considering it costs $240, I definitely did not get my moneys worth.
