No pillow case so be careful buying if u have sensory issues
It got here early an its super comfy but i will say it doesnt come with a pillow case and there is alotta fluff coming off mine but for a quick pillow in a pinch? Fantastic! The fluff an texture is just annoying my autistic ass a little

Perfect product post surgery
Bought this to help me post hysterectomy.I am naturally a front sleeper - something i obviously cannot do post abdominal surgery. I bought this to help stop me from rolling onto my front.I have to say it is simple & perfect! It is just a big U shape, i have the U shape at the top (under my head) positioned in between 2 soft feather pillows (so i don't actually feel any ridge or lump).I am then able to sleep slightly upright (which is what they advise).The two sections just lie perfectly down the sides of my body and i have actually been able to bend the end pieces in so they go just under my knees and wow does that make it super comfy - i felt cocooned post surgery - like i was in a little sleeping pod.It really helped me get good quality sleep whilst recovering post surgery - which is vital!This product is so comfortable - it gets the job done 100% and it is also a great price (compared to some of the other ones on amazon). Trust me look no further this product is perfect. I dont normally take the time to write reviews but in this case i was so pleased with this i did!

Not good quality
12ft body pillow is great but it's lost its firmness after just 2 weeks. It didn't come with a cover, maybe that would have helped, not sure, bit disappointed really. Going to order a different brand with a cover.

Ive not slept properly for weeks because my back is sore and my legs cramp. I got this pillow and omg.. it doesnt feel luxurious but when your lay in bed using it, wow. No pains.. so comfy. Its shorter then rhe advertised photo but i pop another pillow at my feet and then the ultimate relaxation kicks in. Please try this out if youre struggling. it supports your back also. Im super grateful.

Okay for first few months
It was okay for a while but once my belly became bigger it did not do anything. I had to swap to a different pillow eventually.My partner loves it tho and uses it all the time.
