Can you buy replacement screws?

Don't know for sure but I would think and good hardware store should have replacement screws.

Is it actually solid brass? Since brass does not rust, why does the description say rust-resistant finish? Sounds like it's only brass colored/coated

It been three years and it haven't rust or show any signs of rusting.
