Late to answer but I hope it helps others. Make sure priro to disconnect any connector, to unplug the negative from the battery. Volvo of this generation are known to have temperamental errors or behaviours of the battery is not disconnect first. Keep ready an OBD scanner to clear codes may come up or the ECU might give idle revving or any other kind of issues related to air flow+combustion.
