Very impressed with this screen. Got it for my motorhome. The way it pulls up and down is super sturdy! Only weird thing is the hanging parts are kinda in the front so it tilts forward a little. But over all great product!

I JUST took this out of the box. My initial impressions: Perfect. It's exactly what I need. I have the 50" model. It's about 44" long closed. It weighs nothing. It'll be [almost] perfect for my travelling sales job, where I give presentations to prospective partners on a regular basis. Pros: 1. Lightweight 2. Compact 3. Nice size that will easily pack into my work car (an Impreza) without sticking out or being cumbersome in any way. 4. You can open it part-way; no need to open it all the way if you don't want to. Cons: 1. It will need to sit on a table. It would be nice if I could park it on the floor and raise it to viewable height. It would require about 20" of black "screen" be added to the bottom. 2. I tried to see if I could park it on a stool (a perfectly flat/level surface) with the ends hanging off, and have it balance itself on the center lock lever/"leg" in the rear. It will *kinda* do it, but it wants to fall forward. It would be great if there were a couple of molded-in flat spots in the center to prop it up if it has to hang off an edge somewhere. I'll need to buy a portable table for this just in case my client destinations have no such thing available. All in all, it is perfect for what I need it to do - although a simple alteration (or two) to the design would be worth paying an extra $15 for. The lightweight/compact qualities also might make it <seem> a little bit "cheap". Whether or not it actually is cheap will be determined by how it holds up for me on the road. Bear in mind, at the end of the day the unit was a grand total of fifty bucks, shipped. I'll be happy if this thing holds up to 20 uses at that price. Conclusion: At the outset, I'm impressed. I'll update this review if anything goes terribly wrong.

High quality, very fairly priced, easy to install with a couple of bolts through our garage attic ceiling. It operates smoothly and is strong and sturdy. Good buy at very fair price.

I bought this for our attorneys to use for court. I just couldn't get a reference on the size and how it all worked but I saw a reviewer who gave a detailed video description/demo an I was sold! It's very lightweight and even has openings where a shoulder strap could be hooked for carrying. We've set it up on our conference table and used it in court where audio/video equipment isn't always available or reliable. Fast, easy setup/take down and can be set most anywhere. It arrived in a brown box but because the screen rolls down into itself, it doesn't need to be stored in it. One of our attorney's found he had to hang it on the wall due to space issues and because it is so light, he was able to use an existing picture nail without any issues. I'd definitely recommend this screen.

I got the 50” screen to just cover enough of my closet. It’s pretty good! No wrinkles and the videos show up perfectly. Even without being hung up, it stood well on its own.

I purchased this to pair with my Nebula Mars 3 Air projector for on the go times. Pros: Compact easy to use design, good screen quality Cons: Only one leg that rotates aft of the screen to support it. A better design would have had rotating arms on each side. Other than that it works great, surprising it has never fallen over.

I received the screen today from UPS. I was a little apprehensive because at one end the box flap was open and the end of the screen was exposed. After looking more closely, I noticed that the foam packaging material was not covering the screen and the plastic bag was only partially covering the screen. I also noticed scratch marks on the exposed end. What probably happened is that because the end flaps aren't taped closed, it opened up and the screen slid out and hit the ground. All UPS did was shove it back in the box and didn't even bother to close up the flap. The scrape marks aren't serious enough for me to make an issue over it, but Pyle could prevent this from happening by taping the flaps shut. Nothing mechanically seems to be wrong with the screen. It seems to be well-built and is very compact in design. I did find that on carpet, it tends to fall over. This could be alleviated if they put a "foot" on each end. The screen does not fall over if placed on something firm like a tile floor or table. I plan to use this with a Pico projector and I believe it will be ideal for that function. UPDATE (8-6-16): I had a chance to use my Pico projector on the screen last night. The image was bright and sharp. Because the screen falls forward when used on carpet, I placed a weight on the center foot, which made it stable. One other thing I noticed when looking at the screen in daylight is that they used glossy black paint to hide some scratches on the frame. I'm assuming these scratches occurred during the manufacturing process. However, they need to use a paint that better matches the matte finish of the metal frame. My only other concern is that this is not a brand new screen, that it is a returned item and they used paint to hide some of the blemishes. That would be a bad thing because I expect an item to be a brand new, unused item item unless specifically identified as being different. So, based upon the packaging and blemishes, I would probably rate this as 3.5 stars, not 4. I'm also concerned that this may be a used item being sold as new.

Works great. Worth every penny. I keep it open for days at a time in my classroom and close it on the weekends (sometimes). It did develop a couple small cracks, but I'm the only one who notices it and it does not affect its usage at all. I have noticed after a couple of weeks open it is a little harder to close, so take your time with it if you leave it open like I do. The little problems are easily outweighed by its price to value ratio. I'm probably going to buy another one for my wife's wedding planning business and use the finger holds to attach it to a light stand. (So it doesn't need a table to stand on)

This little 50" screen is awesome! I needed something small and portable for a slides scanning project in my small office. For the cheap price I thought it would be flimsy and junky but it's not! It is well designed, sturdy, and in spite of being narrow, it actually does stand up on its own without falling over. I'm amazed at that. Due to space limitations, I placed it straddling 2 storage/bookcase units. Although I tied the top back in case it fell over, it was completely unnecessary to do so. It stayed put on its own no problem. See pics. When not in use it collapses into a neat, narrow little tube for easy storage. The spring is strong, you have to be careful opening it. Once extended, 2 scissor arms lock it open. It can easily be picked up and moved with one hand. The screen surface is excellent and shows my projected images very well with great detail. The screen itself is not 100% flat, but the 2 minor waves in the upper outside corners have no effect on image quality. You can't expect something that rolls into a tube to be perfectly flat. All in all, I very highly recommend this unit to anyone wanting a small, portable solution to a good quality projection screen.

Il telo è di buona fattura,solido e compatto.Unico neo è che nelle immagini viene riportato il formato 16:9 ma in realtà il telo è un formato 4:3 che "supporta" un 16:9 ovvero che se si riproduce un filmato in 16:9 verranno escluse alcune parti di sopra e sotto del telo avendo in realtà un 46"pollici anziché un 50 se lo si riproduce in quel formato.L'ho tenuto ugualmente,alla fine sono soddisfatto
