Why don't they just call it King C Gillette skinguard?

Just marketing, I guess. Same head, but with a different (better to me) handle than the regular skinguard.

There is no difference. Same blade cartridge. Different razor handles may be available depending on which you buy. I like the Skinguard.

Is this neck razor good for shaping your mustache?

It’s the length of a normal Gillette razor, so kinda. I really only use it to trim my neckline and cheeks. It doesn’t have the flex ball or whatever, so it’s easier to get straight lines. Hope this helps.
