I'm a sceptic about this sort of thing, but the reviews were so good and my need was such that I knew I had to give it a try. I have been absolutely shocked at the results. After approximately 30 seconds of operation, I actually felt my nasal passages open up. Breathing became a new experience for me--unimpeded, effortless, smooth, I closed my eyes and enjoyed the act of breathing. It was amazing! I highly recommend this little bit of a miracle to anyone who has even a slight difficulty breathing, let alone COPD sufferers and the myriad of other respiratory problems. A chat with a doctor might be warranted for serious conditions just in case.

AirTamer A320W works exactly as described, very convenient and portable, long battery running time is wonderful. However, the neck strap cable needs reinforcement at the connector section for prolonged wearing, I hope the replacement parts would have a better reinforced design and quality.

Product was securely packed and it is easily operable. Minimal use as of now, and it seems to assist my breathing abilities.

I was given a similar but much cheaper one from a different company as a gift. When I had to replace the batteries, the back would not snap on tight enough for it to work. So I purchased another one. It was fine until it needed new batteries and the same thing happened.I love this one does not need batteries! And it comes with a USB charger. The charge last for days and days! I’m getting ready to travel to Europe, and I am thrilled that I’ll be able to wear this on the plane and it won’t need recharged during the flight. It also looks so much better than the other one. People have not even noticed it like they did the other one.

i’ve been using this for about two months. It hasn’t eliminated all my allergies, but it does calm them down. I can tell the difference when I leave the Tamer in a different room. My nose is not happy.

1. First, the rubber adjustment piece does nothing to adjust the cord. I took it off my head and laid the device and cord on a counter. I slid the cord up to be about 6" from the clasp. Next i put this over my head so the rubber adjustment piece is BEHIND my neck. It is the only way to get the device closer to your face and not hanging at your stomach.2. I asked the seller for studies show this actually works. No reply.3. I asked my MD who is the medical director of a pulmonary center at a hospital for her thoughts. She said, "in regards air tamer, there are "mixed reports" There is some evidence that it works but because the static charge and binding on to other particles, this would stick on to person. There is approximately 10 % protection when used in an enclosed space with very minimal air flow. There is a small risk of creating ozone though I am not sure at what quantities and how it is measured and the direct exposure to .I did not see anything on Pub Med in regards to similar device or concept used for any trials or retrospective studies.I am not sure if it has any benefits to wearing it but I would be concerned if it produces ozone."
