Great Product
These modules arrived quickly and worked as advertized.

They both worked!
These were nicely packaged. Jumper wires and extra header pins were included. I had a test microcontroller set up with a test sketch. I plugged in the matrix and it worked beautifully. I plugged in the second one and it also worked perfectly. That may seem like a strange title, but I purchased other led matrix that had a 66.66% failure rate out of the box.

Kind of okay... not too upset.
i bought two packs for a total of 4 boards. I had bought tje types of boards before. this purchase inparticular two boards did not light up very well. they were much dimmer. Was disappointed but I actually had other Green LED panels as extras from other past boards that worked.

OK units with GAPS between the 8x8 bricks
These green LED ALAMSCN MAX7219 Dot Matrix Modules are OK for static displays, but if I were going to attempt to scroll data across them, the large gaps between the 8x8 bricks of LEDs would show as stopped gaps in the otherwise moving message. Luckily, I'm not scrolling with the project for which I ordered these units, so it's not as noticeable. But if you plan to use these for scrolling data, I'd suggest you look elsewhere. I compared the circuit board's width against a different unit whose LED bricks are touching one another, and the circuit board for this unit is significantly wider (by the same distance as the extra spaces between all the bricks).

Works with Arduino Library
You can run these modules from a SPI port on an Arduino. The MD_MAX72xx library works fine but you need to change the hardware type in the examples to FC16. You can daisy chain these modules to make longer scrolling displays. They are fun to play with, and not too expensive.

MAX7219 Dot Matrix Module 32x8 4 in 1 LED Display works great!
The MAX7219 Dot Matrix Module 32x8 4 in 1 LED Display was delivered on time with excellent packing materials. This module is being studied by my students who are interested in controlling the display LEDs using a Raspberry Pi. The module is fun to work with and there is much documentation to enjoy hooking it up using the Pi or other micro-controller. Have fun!

Not Working
I've gotten them completely working at one point but took quite a while of trial and error. Started to think it was an issue on my end, checked the code, checked the writing, eventually random turn off and on fixed the issue. After a few days of letting the project sit, I've come to the conclusion that the product is the issue. It turns on random lights sometimes and has bizarre behavior. Seems I'm not alone with this issue as I've seen reviews before claiming poor quality and something about temperature issues. Was nice for the 5 minutes it was working but might just end up going to the full product instead of trying to find better quality of this same item.

Red ordered green
I ordered green received red. I can't order again thinking I'll receive red again. They work well wish they were green.
