Seems to be a reliable and powerful unit
I bought this to power a diesel heater which it does without any fuss or bother even during the heavy load periods when the heater is starting up. There is a slight fan noise but nothing intrusive. The only disadvantage would be that it would need to have some sort of protective cover if used in an exposed position outside. Apart from that, it is easy to wire up and there is a small trimmer which can be turned with an electrical screwdriver to adjust the exact voltage that the heater needs - you can see the voltage levels change on the heater display panel as you twiddle the screw and adjust accordingly.

Ideal for AC to DC control
Ordered to make up controller for model railway. Arrived well packed. This regulates 230volt AC to 12volt DC. It has two 12volt DC outlets so I can make up two controllers using one reduction regulator. Easy to wire. I have tested the unit and it seems to work well. I'm unable to test the output voltage as my electrical meter stopped working so need to order one of them to check output. If using for model railway you can provide 12volt DC to a speed controller and 12volt DC for other functions. I may also order a unit that gives 15/16volt AC from same company.

Compact power supply
I finally set this PSU up to run a mobile radio transceiver (Retevis RT95 and others). The initial output voltage was 12V DC as stated. I was able to adjust the output to the required 13.8 volts for the radio equipment using the small trimming pot at the terminals of the PSU. This was very handy. The voltage is quite stable even when I power up other radio units connected to it or draw extra current. The only quibble I have is that the fan runs all the time and does not operate based on the temperature of the unit so even when the PSU is not under significant load the fan runs. It's not particularly noisy but the previous PSU had no fan. The unit is compact and light and seems to be well put together and for the price is an excellent choice for running mobile radio equipment from the mains supply. For safety reasons I would suggest putting this PSU inside a ventilated case or box to prevent accidental contact with the terminals as the mains supply is fed in on one side with the DC output on the other. It could be used as the main unit in a power supply project for a radio shack. EI7CTB

Used for a diesel heater - great product
Bought this to power a diesel heater. Has been working a couple of months now with no drama. Seems to deliver a fairly clean DC supply. Seems great at this point.

Reasonably priced P.S.
Using this to power my diesel heater in my garage and it does exactly what I need to to do. Plastic hinged flap over the terminals is a nice protection feature and looks nice and neat.
