contrary to what others say, this is well made and very smooth to use, I have used others in gyms and this is superior as the handle bar also twists, and in the opposite direction. someone said in a feedback that the locking knob keeps working loose, it just needs to be screwed tighter !

This machine has been amazing for me and my wife – we use it daily and have definitely felt it working on our tummy and legs. It’s easy to use, foldable, and perfect for home workouts. The only issue is that the screws tend to get loose during exercise, so we have to keep tightening them. Otherwise, it’s a great piece of equipment!

I knew I needed to do something to help get rid of my stomach and waistline after lockdowns especially seeing I hate walking. This is actually working and I can still look out my window or watch the telly. One extra bonus I’ve noticed is my back muscles are also being worked. I’m only doing 15 minutes a day at the moment as it has been 2 years of not doing anything. So highly recommend this for anyone who like me wants to start a light exercise inside and actually feel it working.Only one minor issue the grasp handles squeak and are a bit small especially if you have long nails.

I love the machine, BUT it has developed a squeak, ant the bar at the bottom where it tighten, s the screw come loose doesn't matter how many time you tighten it it still comes loose, can anyone suggest how to stop this happening,? But otherwise its helping me keep fit, at 73yrs old

I ordered this item on my sister’s recommendation. Had I not been able to look at hers I might not have realised mine was faulty! Hers is smooth & very easy to use. She credits it with toning her body (which looks great!). Mine was too stiff to use properly. I have returned it today for a refund

This fantastic piece of equipment only took me half a hour to put together. All the instructions were in English and all parts and fittings are very clearly numbered and diagramed in the manual. I even comes with the battery supplied for the monitor. I was twisting away as soon as I set it up. Super easy to use, and comes with an excercise chart and one week diet chart too with a workout CD. It is as easy to use as you see it on TV. I haven’t used any keep fit equipment since I was 18 years old. I am now 48, and this twist and shape has awakened my enthusiasm to step on and work out for 30mins a time, or 10mins each time I walk into the room. It’s really Fun to use! I feel like a child in the playground running towards the Roundabout (something that you don’t see in park playgrounds anymore).
