These are documents you'll need if your moving in somewhere. I would recommend making copies of these for your records.

Basic and not very in depth. You get only one. So be careful not to mess it up. Update: after further review, I realized this lease has more to it than I initially thought. It’s printed on both sides of the pages. I think I missed that at first. It pretty much covers everything you need in a residential lease. It comes with a web link so if you mess up, you can download it and print out as many copies as you like and keep a blank copy on your computer forever. Or you can just make go make copies of the original. Overall it’s a great lease so I jumped the gun initially but now that I’ve completed it, I come away with a better point of view.
