Worthless unit
This unit has proven worthless. Upon powering up it immediately began beeping rapidly indicating halogen gas is present. I’m not sure if I just got a faulty unit or not. I watched various YouTube videos of this product in use. Mine just beeped rapidly every time I turned it on even when I was outside and nowhere near any refrigerants. I tried cleaning the tip w alcohol and blasting it out w air as recommended. After this it just beeped slowly indicating no refrigerants present. Even when I exposed it to R134a gas to test it, it would not indicate the presence of the gas. It seems it either indicates gas present or not present regardless as to gas actually being present. Again maybe I just got a defective product but the one I received does me no good. I will purchase a different brand.

Worked for about 3 times only
Didn't last long at all. It stopped working after 3 times. Leaks aren't common so it was stored for most of the time, replaced batteries and it doesn't work anymore

Value Priced...Great Performance
Works as well as a more expensive unit...found my A/C leak in my car. .repaired it....saved money instead of having a garage find the freon leak...
