Worked well, purchased for a spyder trailer hitch because my trailer had the flat 4 prong plug.

Used this to extend wiring for my 2017 CanAm Spyder RTL to connect to my Freedom Trailer. perfect plug and length.

I had been looking for a square 4 pin connector to match the connector on a 2013 Can-AM Spyder RT hitch. I needed to connect to a trailer that used a flat 4 pin. I simple cut off the flat 4 pin on the trailer side and replaced it with the Hopkins connector. Works like a charm at a very good price.

For some reason, this square 4-wire harness is nearly impossible to find. Everybody has the flat 4-wire trailer harness. Very thankful for Amazon. Using this item on my motorcycle for a quick disconnect to an external brake light. Performs excellent.

Easy to use

You can force this to work with the Spyder harness but for some really stupid reason it is just a bit too large. Somebody got the manufacturing dimensions wrong.

The product is good and fit the BRP wiring harness I got when I ordered for the Spyder BRP hitch. The BRP wiring harness you get with the hitch is the 4 pin square and the trailer I have is a 4 pin flat. It's really tight to get on, but once one, it's not coming off without some good force. I simply connected to the flat 4 pin connection and water proofed the connections. Great product if you need the 4 pin square to something else.
