Great fit, and looks great too.
Great box. The paint is shiny and appears to be very thick. the aluminum is sturdy and is welded together well.

The box is great and fast shipping but I received it damaged but had to use it I wish there would be some money back for it being damaged.

Size/return
Previous review submitted was poor. Since that time we have received a kind response and prepaid label to return item not sized as described. Box length 1 3/8" longer with lid than diagram reflects.

Great truck toolbox, just right size
The toolbox arrived quickly, ahead of schedule and was in great shape. No dents, dings or scratches. It was double boxed for added protection. Unit looks and performs as advertised. Looks great in the bed of my '80 square body. Sits below the bedrails so I can install a tonneau cover if I so desire. Well made, stores alot, nice black finish, lock functions well. Single gas strut holds lid perfectly well. Overall very pleased.

Exactly what I needed
After too many times of Portland homeless thugs breaking into my Highlander just to rummage through my stuff (and I DO like to carry lots of STUFF in the car), I decided I needed a container that looks solid, secured, and less inviting for car glass breakers. Also needed a container that is light enough to remove, when I need the extra space. This one fits nicely behind the passenger seat, especially after shoving small wood blocks at each side to keep it firmly in place. (It can be bolted down, but I chose to keep it movable.) No further car break-ins so far... :)

Packaging and refund policy sucks, toolbox is good.
First one ordered had a dent in the lid. I returned it for free but they don't refund or give a credit for 30 days. I could afford to order it again second one was good. The bottom was a little out of flat but I kept it and installed. The tool jox is good quality and well built for the price. Amazon needs to figure out how to package them to protect it. Jut in a cardboard box with nothing else.

Husband loves it.
It did have a dent in the corner upon delivery, but it's ok, myhusband is going to dent it up soon enough at work. Fits great in the med of my 06 tacoma. A few inches open on each side works great for extention cords and shovel heads. Works great, with speedy delivery and installation instructions were easy and straight forward. Would buy again.
