Are the panels removable and can you order replacement panels?

The panels are removable. They are hooked in by tabs on the top and bottom. You just bend them slightly and they come out. As far as replacement panels, I don't know. I know you can order another one that will hook onto the first one.

How do the documents load? Top? Is it possible to place a 10 page document in one sleeve with easy access?

The documents are top loading. It may be capable of holding a 10 page document. I have 4 pages in each with room to spare. I guess the best bet would be to get a set. I absolutely love my reference system.. :-)

Would this come with the same extender piece to go with Durable 5654?

No. The Instaview has its own bracket which is different from the 5654.
