The top cover is the real problem with this product. There's a gap between the screen protector and the phones screen which makes you type, swipe, tap harder. It defeats the purpose of using your phone. The back case is fine but can't be used on its own because its a shade bigger than the phone to accommodate fitting the screen protector. Overall rating is item should be removed from Amazon. I don't know how others found screen protector working properly, I seriously doubt that.

Once you put the phone in the case it almost air locks and makes it really difficult to take it back off. It also creats a little condensation. The hole for the thumb print attracts dirt.

Avoid

The case is simple, easy to apply.Cannot use fingerprint, the front of the case that protects the screen scratches SUPER easy. Also because the front of the screen is so loose, you can barely use touchscreen. Unhelpful. Not great but serves purpose.

Great case perfect snug fit excellent protection hardly notice it is on the phone and doesn't get in the way when using the phone.
