Bought these to replace teflon cookware. So far, so good! The pans seem of average weight and quality. Seem to be a good value for the price. They have held up on a gas stove, seem to distribute heat evenly for cooking, and are easy to clean.

These are authentic food grade, stainless steel pots and pans sold for ten times more via other companies. I did the research and the part where we cook or boil is stainless steel. The core is aluminum (we don't get that when we eat) and the outside is stainless steel again. Beware, though, they are SUPER HEAVY. Lift weights before picking them up! We love them. Wish we'd bought them sooner. You can't cook on high with them, though, b/c it will burn the food, since it isn't nonstick. We've learned to cook low and slow. No need to scrub so much. That's the only drawback. Great quality!

This is nice quality cookware for a great price. I have seen cooking shows that tell how to cook in stainless steel without it sticking. Unfortunately, my food still sticks. If I use a lot of oil, it isn’t so bad. One cooking show host says if you get it real hot before you add the oil, it won’t stick. It sticks. I am trying to get away from using Teflon because they say we have a lot of Teflon in our bodies from our cookware. I still go back to my Teflon a lot. But the cookware is very pretty, a nice weight, and cleans up fairly easily. I do soak the skillet before I clean it. I don’t have to do a lot of scrubbing. The sauce pans are great.

These pans are terrible for heat transfer. They burn just about anything unless you watch them like a hawk. In my other stainless I can cook most breakfast type foods on 5 (aprx 9000 btus) or on my griddle on a 7-high (5500-8000 btus on a different burner). Because of how bad the heat transfer in these pans are, things burn on a 1-2 (aprox 2000-3500 btus, same burner as the 5). I have never used pans so terrible. Forget about heating up milk. Anything that is a liquid or sauce scorched to the side of all the pots and pans. I missed the return window and will most likely just get rid of them. The utensils are incredibly cumbersome to use as well. Pot lids all absorb a ridiculous amount of heat and cannot be removed without oven mitts or a towel. Miserable to clean as well. I got these based on a recommendation from a friend who swore by the Amazon commercial line. Have a strong feeling quality went down hill once it was Amazon basics. Will never buy Amazon basics cookware again.

Bought this to replace old nonstick cookware. Looks good and not too heavy. Pot handles are cool enough to hold near the ends but tend to warm up close to the pot itself. Using on a gas range – heat spreads quickly and cooks. Best on low heat. Some sticking problems with food like cereal, lower heat advised. Glass lids are very handy with steam outlet. Have not used all of them yet, but they store and stack easily and I was looking for a good size stock pot and this should suffice. Not as heavy as other stainless steel cookware. Price reasonable for the number of pieces included.So far I am very pleased with this purchase.

Cookwares are ok, and I personally think the price is very reasonable considering other brands. But the quality is not very good. its very hard to clean and scratches very easily .

C'est un excellent basique. La confection est vraiment nickel, les cinq pièces sont utiles pour tous les plats au quotidien. Cet ensemble pourrait faire un beau cadeau pour quelqu'un qui s'installe ou pour un événement. L'avantage de ce set, c'est l'inox : bonne diffusion de la chaleur, robustesse et sécurité alimentaire. C'est idéal pour bien débuter en cuisine, qu'on fasse de la cuisine élaborée ou de la cuisine basique, rapide. C'est pas mal d'avoir une sauteuse dans cet ensemble car c'est vraiment un essentiel. Pas de difficulté d'entretien, c'est aussi l'avantage de l'inox. Petit set basique mais de bonne qualité. Je valide !

Questo set di acciaio inox è composto da tre padelle e due coperchi. Arriva in una scatola di cartone perfettamente protetto e imballato. Il set è composto da una padella, una grande padella con coperchio e una casseruola dotata anch’essa di un coperchio in vetro, il tutto in acciaio inossidabile. Le pentole sono piuttosto pesanti, con un fondo spesso, da quando sono arrivate ne ho fatto un uso intensivo in quanto cucino molto e devo dire che dopo parecchi utilizzi e altrettanti lavaggi (io le lavo a mano ma possono andare anche in lavastoviglie) sono perfette, davvero come se fossero nuove! Consiglio assolutamente l’acquisto di questo set e ritengo che possa essere anche un’idea regalo apprezzata!
