Works like a charm!!! I mixed it with other tinctures to get the same product as the utericalm and it works. The utericalm website was out of stock so I made my own to take after my IVF transfer so I won't have uterine spasms.

I started taking this a week before my period and the first two days of my cycle when it's super heavy and i was definitely able to tell my cramp pains are alleviated.

First cramp free cycle in years! My cramps are usually so bad it radiates down my legs, but felt great with this stuff. I took 15 drops in the morning for the first 3 days of my cycle and was pain free. Amazed!

Tastes like crap, doesn’t do anything.

I received my order just in time for the start of my cycle. My cramps always start in my low back on the day before my "day one". The day I start I KNOW almost the moment it's time, because my cramps feel like labor pains. Over the counter medicine doesn't help.I started taking the cramp bark tincture last night and started my cycle today. I took the cramp bark 3 times today within an 8-hour period as needed. My cramps are like contractions that get really intense, so I took a half dropper full (10-15 drops). Right now my menstrual pain is radiating down my thighs and wrapping around my back. I really hope this starts working soon!
