I haven't opened the carton yet because I bought it before I need it. I think the many health benefits speak for themselves and are common knowledge now, it's a good grade of salt, color is good, nice sized grind, well sealed in a sturdy jar, and of course, it's easy to use.

Bought this for my mom because she heard it’s healthier than regular salt. Not sure what it’s doing health-wise as I cook with it also but it tastes like salt. I noticed it seems saltier even but still does the job.

I bought it for Sourdough. Haven’t used yet . Dispensed it into another container because the ziploc closure doesn’t work.
