Easy Install and Good Quality
Installation was super simple. Came wrapped in a genuine GE bag so I have to give the benefit of the doubt that this is a genuine part. Seems sturdy. So far, it works perfectly.

Easy install. Beats buying a new Washing Machine!
This timer is a common failure point in an otherwise solid washing machine design. Takes ten-minutes to unplug and unscrew the old one. Ten more to replace it and button things up. Your decade old washer just might run another ten-years thereafter. Checkout the YouTube video to walk any DYIer through the steps. Too easy.

CAN NOT JUST GO DOWNSTAIRS AND USE WASHER KNOB AND TURN IT BECAUSE IT FEELS LIKE IT IS GOING TO SNAP OFF
use the timer 4 times that means 4 loads of clothes. NOW I have to struggle by hand to get the knob to turn to get it to the beginning of a cycle because it froze up or wasn't made correctly. CAN NOT JUST GO DOWNSTAIRS AND USE WASHER KNOB AND TURN IT BECAUSE IT FEELS LIKE IT IS GOING TO SNAP OFF. IT IS GETTING HARDER AND HARDER TO GET IT TO THE START OF A CYCLE. so I am going to have to buy another one. what a waste of money
