These are perfect for my needs and the price is even better! I have a lamp with three bulb slots, but I only want to use one smart bulb. I could cover the slots with electrical tape, but this is a much safer option. I covered the prong slots with electrical tape. The lamp was on a timer, but the smart bulbs are so much easier. I am in the process of replacing all lamp bulbs with smart ones!

Very useful adapter to convert an Edison bulb socket into a 2-prong ac plug socket. Should be standard issue for any home owner because the need of it will arise at some point.
