Best purchase I've made
UPDATE: After months of use, this has turned into my best purchase. For the dribbling, just make sure not to overfill and to close the lid securely. I've made it a habit to just shake the bottle a couple times after filling to get rid of the water trapped under/between the lid and bottle. It's great not having to taste tap water or dirty gym fountain water. Perfect for traveling. Things to be aware of: Open away from you on a plane because of pressure change. The water in the filter will get squeezed out regardless how full/empty the bottle is. Shake after filling, water can collect under/around the lid and drip on you. A drop of water also sometimes collects at the pressure valve next to the spout with filling/pressure changes (but never when closed). Aside from filling and not closing the lid tightly enough, it has never leaked on me in any bags. My biggest complaint is how small the bottle is. I'm constantly refilling, which get annoying, and longer hiking trips means it's not enough water. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ It's definitely on the small side, the filter housing is hard to pop open, and the date/indicator is a piece of loose useless plastic. That said, taste is decent and worked wonderfully while traveling and drinking tap water. The lanyard/loop has a bad design where you have to line it up just right with the grooves on the neck of the bottle for it to seat properly, and this means it does not spin freely. I just got rid of it. My biggest peeve with this bottle is, as someone else mentioned, water gets trapped under the lid between the lid and threads regardless of how securely the lid is on. This then drips all over you as you drink and I'm so over having wet dribble marks down my shirt every day. Otherwise, great bottle, really soft and easy to squeeze, and can save you some money if you're traveling or normally buy bottled water.

Best Value and Great Technology.
This is an Amazing Bottle and at a great price point. the bottle is light so makes it great for travel in your Handbag. comes with an Adventure filter that helps with water purification so tap water at any airports, train Stations etc has added protection. This was my fourt bottle purchased from Philips. (I have their stainless steel bottle with built in filter) as well.. I recommend it because, it is more Convnient and sturdy than Brita and Stanley and Hydro Flask and Air up that I have used it before. I can See that Phillips has put a lot of thought into this Bottle. I travel frequently and having a good bottle is essential to keeping you Hydrated and stress free. I carry my empty bottle with adventure filter with me and just fill water from any free water fountain.

Close To Five Stars, But Hindered By the Loop
I was hoping to write a five-star review. That's what I was expecting to write when I first looked at the bottle. All the pieces seemed to be in place: -- Good size -- Water flows well through the filter. (You might be surprised, but some of the bottle makers can't even get that right, with a filtered bottle.) -- Not a bad looking bottle. It's got a nice, simple aesthetic. But there's a problem: As assembled, mine leaked. I installed the filter, put water in the bottle, screwed the top back on, took a sip ... and it leaked on my shirt. I searched Amazon Answers and found a solution: take the loop off. That worked, but I felt like I wasn't able to use the bottle as advertised, so I struggled with it a little bit more. Finally, it worked. Here's the issue: there are tabs on the bottom of the ring. If you don't line those up and screw the cap on very carefully, being sure that the tabs stay where they're supposed to go (there are gaps in the threads on the bottle that the tabs fit into) it's going to leak, and you're going to have a bad time. If not for the way the ring is designed, I could give this bottle five stars. It's easy to drink from (unlike a lot of other filtered bottles I've tried), it's got a pleasing aesthetic, and it's affordable. They just have to fix that ring.

The Replacement for Brita Sport Squeeze Bottles
[UPDATE]: The pressure valve broke in a month and the bottle is now entirely useless. Very cool. The Brita Bottle is dead. Long live the Philips Water GoZero. While I do prefer the better design and size of the Brita bottles (why would you ever stop producing them, Brita?), this is a serviceable replacement solution for anyone out there looking into it. The material is softer and somewhat more rubbery; the cover lid is 100% useless and instantly falls off; the filter housing is comically large and the housing doesn't make any sense; the mouthpiece is silicone, and while shallower than the Brita, it is much easier to open with your teeth (without hurting said teeth). That said, everything functions, the water tastes great, and you can easily squeeze out a decent volume (albeit, not to the same degree as the old Brita bottles) -- provided, of course, you don't mind an annoying, high-pitched "sqweeeeeeee" sound, as the pressure valve releases the air. I did not experience and leakage issues that other reviewers have apparently seen. I would much rather use the Brita bottles, as the volume is greater, and I drink a hilarious amount of water per day. However, if they don't want to produce them again, then I suppose this is our Free Market Solution, so the speak. Definitely try one out, if you miss the convenience of Brita squeeze bottles. It's not the same, and you won't love it as much, but it's not so bad. Just be ready to refill your bottle twice as often.

Worked well for the month the filter lasted but cannot buy the blue carbon filters locally (I get it’s my own fault for not checking that first). In essence it’s a very expensive single use water bottle. If in Australia, look at Brita or another brand where you can ACTUALLY buy replacement filters without importing them.
