This pot filler has a long reach, operates smoothly, and has a beautiful matte black finish. The pressure is impressive. Installation was simple. Packaging was moulded soft foam and included everything we needed (other than basic tools). It is a one temperature faucet, but you can install either hot or cold. I installed cold, and it's being used over a 36" cooktop. It reaches everywhere it needs to go, handily.I'm glad I took a chance on this brand. I'm impressed and would buy from them again with confidence.

The instructions were not very helpful. The actual product was good. When installing, the unit is shipped with one handles in opposing ways for closed, they can be changed when installing. Silly me, I figured if I had them in opposing ways when I turned the water on at least one would be closed. Hah, not so!

after about 20 uses, the valve body fell apart and would not shut off, spraying water all over the kitchen, could have been a really huge disaster

Wonderful pot filler, beautiful finish, easy to install, works great!

Like the quality, especially for the price. The 1/2 NPT male side that screws into the female threads in the wall was not problem. However, to get the male end that uses straight G threads that screws into the pot filler was trouble. On my 3rd attempt I used both yellow gas thread tape and No. 5 RectorSeal thread sealer. That finally did the trick!

The Pot filler adds a gorgeous athestice to my kitchen, it was fairly easy to install and it functions wonderfully, no dripping.

Works great! It also looks great and no one knows it isn't expensive.

The media could not be loaded.  This faucet has only been connected for a few weeks and has already started to leak at multiple locations throughout the faucet itself whenever in use. If the water is turned on at the point closest to the wall and off at the point closest to the end of the faucet then it sprays water from multiple locations across the kitchen floor beyond the stove top itself. When we found this out there was a puddle on the floor almost 3' in length because it it started leaking all of the sudden.

Real stainless steel, if it’s heavy, usually a good sign of quality, they’re heavy duty

Dont buy. USA plumbing and UK plumbing use different thread type and you will need to buy an adaptor. Paint also chips off very easily so if you do buy one be extremely careful when fitting

First thing I bought in April 2022 for my kitchen reno and finally got it installed early December 2022. Not even one month of occasional usage and it is broken already. Best I can tell the connected pieces for the swivel are of poor quality and design. Only 2 or 3 threads to screw the two pieces together. I would return but I did not take extended warrantee. I will try to contact manufacturer and try to get a replacement connecting part.
