Any danger of backflow into the RO system if the Ptrap is clogged?

I would assume it depends on how high up into the pipe you place it. You can put a check valve in line with the drain to prevent this. Most RO’s come with an inline check valve but you can add one if you would like. The back-flow pressure of the drain valve is stronger than the drain pipe in the sink so it should prevent backup.

Will it fit a 2in drain pipe? It's said 40-50mm, and 50mm is slightly less than 2in. So want to make sure

Exactly what was needed for under sink RODI installation.

This was exactly what I needed to install my RODI filter under my sink. Installation was easy. Put the clamp on the pipe where you want to install it, mark the spot to drill through the hole, drill, insert something in the hole of the clamp so that it lines up with the hole you just drilled and clamp it on the pipe. No leaks, perfect fit, great quality.

Works great for my pipes

Perfect replacement

The drain saddle valve I had before had a screw-on connection to my water filter and cracked., This device was a perfect replacement, and the push-on connection was easy to install. The clip that prevents the tube from coming out was not explained by a check on YouTube show how to install the tube and the clip.

Easy RO water Drain

install on under sink drain. Drill 1/4 hole to line up with saddle. Clamp on and plug in 1/4 drain line.I always drill at the top. I'm ready to go in less than 5 min. Great product
