This is nice! I’ve been using it to roll out my hamstrings/quads, and it is working really well. The rollers work really smoothly, and the handles are easy to grip so I can use different amounts of pressure. FANTASTIC value.

Love this, it's so much better than a foam roller in my opinion. I've been having back spasms for most of the year caused by tight hips and quads. This rolls the knots out of my quads and gives me a lot of relieve. Highly recommend.

I use this pre and post run to better target Achilles, calves, shins, and quads. Works better and is easier to use than foam roller. I actually bought a second after my first purchase to use as a traveler. I recommend this product for any runner serious about self care.If the thing ever breaks, I’ll edit here and let ya all know. But as of a few months of hard use, all good so far.
