Buen producto, renovado cuestionable.
Compré dos equipos con el mismo proveedor (Life Cycling Corporation), a nivel estético ambos estan 10/10, cargador funciona, almacenamiento (vinieron con SSD m.2 por cierto), ram, procesador, teclado, etc bien.El único problema fue que uno de los equipos vino con la batería dañada, apenas desconecto el cargador se apaga, verifique si era un falso contacto, pero no, la batería (probada con un multímetro) no manda ni 1V. No recuerdo (y acá la página no lo registra) es si el renovado me lo ofrecieron como "Excelente" o "Bueno", apartando eso, considero que lo de la batería es algo que deben estar más al pendiente, no intenté contactar al vendedor ya que era para un conocido el equipo y no vive en EEUU por lo que la reposición del equipo iba a ser un dolor de cabeza y de billetera.

Todo muy bien
Todo es como se dijo en su descripción, unas 6 horas de uso constante sin detenerse (ya que la uso para trabajar) y ya tengo que conectar, o sea, está bien. De igual manera, se carga bastante rápido. Poder desbloquearla con mi huella es un plus que no sabía que tenía.

Do not order from here!!!! Item failed one month after the return window closed
I recommend that you DO NOT PURCHASE from this seller unless you like to waste money. Renewed computer was received in Sept. 2021. The return window is 90 days, which was Dec. 6, 2021. The computer will not turn on since 2 weeks ago. All that it shows is a black screen. It is not the power cord, as I tested that on another HP computer that I have and it works as it should. Have also had my IT contact through our business inspect the computer for issues. I did contact the seller, but have received no contact in return. Also tried to recover my money through Amazon's A-Z guarantee, but they will not stand behind a third-party seller after the return window has closed, even if the product is useless. So Amazon's guarantee is worthless as well. Stay far away from this seller!!

Doesn’t last. Do not waste your money.
Barely lasted 6 months. This is the second from Amazon renewed that just quit working within 6 months. Buy new.
