I like the quality and value of Money. I was not able to open initially. I call the service center and they demanded 500 for demo. I try many times and finally i was open digitaly. Still manually its not working.

Please do not buy this. The batteries drain out every week. The service from yale is absolutely pathetic and lethargic. They won't visit you before a week and calling 10 times to make sure they do come. And even after that the problem persists. So if you have loads of time to waste on yale people and money to spend on batteries every week while your precious items stay in an open locker, go ahead! Update : sept 2021. Still facing the same issues. Stops working randomly even with fresh batteries. Check photos. And yale service is very very bad.

It was nicely packaged. No scratches or dents on the body. The walls could be thicker to strengthen the safe. Set up of code easy and key operation easy. Review given for this two were bit discouraging but I bought it and I am happy I bought it. Value for money.

Poor craftsmanship door alignment is not proper, looks like cheap product.

I went and saw in local..! Local price was INR 6,500/- And search to Amazon it was INR 5,499/- I got cashback from Amazon after this due to business purchase on 25 March which was running and My HDFC card always help me here for extra Cashback..! Once product arrived i checked manual and it was written that key can be inserted in only one direction..! I figured and found that Yale logo on key should be straight and in that way only your key can enter smoothly and complete.. But I was not able to open and finally after lot of try I contacted Yale customer service..! I was not able to connect and computer was going on and after waiting some time call got disconnected..! But later in 30 min I got call from Yale and told my issue.. and they gave me one number and told to contact them they can solve your case on priority basis..! I contacted and person was from Mumbai and I told issue and he arranged call from locks yale technician and he came home and checked and hit the safe..! And it started working with key..! Issue was in transport and courier person didn't handle it properly and might due to one hit the key leaver were struck..! He opened the safe inside key mechanism and putnsome spray and safe was very smooth..! Point to remember : You can only enter key in single direction Battery with safe are for trial purpose and will get down in week. You can attach power back outside and access safe You can also set master code and can access safe anytime if pin has been changed intensionally by someone or by mistake..!

It’s an excellent locker. Cost wise its cheaper than Godrej. It has all the features similar to Godrej. Can install it yourself and easy operation. A world class product from a world class lock company.

Poor Quality product. Unable to open the lock via manual key.
