Monoprice 4K High Speed HDMI Cable - Braided - 4K@60Hz, 18Gbps, HDR, CL3 In-Wall Rated, 50ft, Grey

This was the third 50 ft cable I tried, even though the others were also listed as Hi-Speed or 18Gbps capable. This one actually worked. Packaging is extremely professional with plastic covers even on the plugs themselves (not just the metal tip).I was able to sync up my new VW385ES projector with the Xbox One S outputting 4K HDR at 10-bit. Both of the other previous cables failed at that point.This cable was also much easier to run into the attic. The cable I pulled out had the braided sleeve too, but for some reason would twist and get into knots whereas this one stayed much more manageable.Very happy with this!

The cable is quite sturdy - feeling more like a copper Infiniband/high speed Ethernet cable then the cheap stuff you usually find on home theater cables. The braiding looks like it would withstand some abuse (which I would not recommend). This cable does not have a sharp turning radius, and I suspect attempting to force it to turn sharply would damage it. It works out of the box with no problems between my computer and AVR but keep in mind that this is a directional cable before you run it. I have not been able to test it at 4k, so I can unfortunately only speak to 1080p performance.

50' cable ran to my Vive link box perfectly, worked right off the bat. No hassle at all to get working, far better than the other 4k-rated 50' cables I tried previously which cannot even carry 720p without artifacts in the video. No noticeable delay when moving the HMD or controllers within view quickly, also running over Active USB3.0 cable supporting a 4-port hub at the far end with mouse, KB and Vive.

Purchased two of these wire and ran them behind my walls to separate Tvs. First wire has no issues but the second wire stopped working after 2 months.

Purchased the 50ft length to connect my HTPC with a GTX 1050 TI OC to my 4k TV. I can confirm 100% that my TV is receiving a 4K signal at 60Hz. Also, I can confirm that this cable is HDCP 2.2 compliant. I have been watching 4k movies flawlessly! Please be aware this cable is directional, it will only work if you install if properly.

Like many others that have purchased this cable i was hoping it would work. Sadly when i put it in my AV setup no signal was being displayed from the receiver to the TV. Then I decided to remove the Receiver and hook it up directly into my AV gear. This option worked but i couldn't get it to display anything higher than 720p when it should be 4k.In the end i went with HDMI over Ethernet, with a product by Vanco the EVEXHDB1.It supports 4k but no HDR and this will get me through till HDR cables are more readily available.

The 50' Luxe cable did NOT work at 18Gbps (4k, 60Hz, 4:4:4 or RGB 8-bit). It only worked at lower bandwidths of ~10-12 Gbps (4k, 60Hz, 4:2:0, 12-bit), which is not much better than my passive 50' cable from 4 years ago. I ended up using a 45' Cabernet cable that DID work at 18Gbps. Could be (1) random variation, (2) the extra 5' helped, or (3) the Luxe and Cabernet cables are actually different internally. Not sure, YMMV.

I bought this for my HTC Vive to extend the headset into the living room. I though it was a dud at first. If you have a similar issue check that the source side of the cable is firmly seated.This has a thick and rigid braided cable which gives it an quality feel, almost like I could tow a vehicle with it.
