Great product that harnessed the power of the sun and charged the dead battery in my RV engine compartment. Review is for the SOLPERK Solar Panel Kit 20W 12V, Solar Battery Trickle Charger Maintainer.The battery was dead, no dash lights, no engine crank dead and the entry step would not move. My 2 house batteries were also dead. After my last camp trip in February, I carelessly let the RV batteries drain and when I tried to start months later, all batteries were drained. 6 days later, I was able to start the engine and let it run because of the solar charger. It may have charged the batteries enough to start sooner but I initially did not have the charger placed in full sun so on day 3, I moved the solar panel to the front of the RV, and on day 6 I decided to go check for life and was thrilled to be able to start/run the engine. Love the ease of use as well as the length of the cables which allowed me to try different placements and it is priced really well. I would recommend the product.

Worked as described and easy to install. Note: panel will not charge a battery that is dead, you must charge your battery with a trickle charger to full charge and then hook up the panel and it will keep it charged. (Using this with a Ghost Controls dual gate opener with dual battery setup)

Panel works with cables provided, but I need an extension to reach my battery and when I plug in the one I bought the lights go out even without being connected to the battery. Disappointing but not the fault of the seller.

I have the solar panel inside of a south facing window in my garage. I just set the panel on the window sill facing out at a slight up angle. When I connect to the 24 series deep cycle marine style Interstate battery I have, the LED comes on immediately. When the sun is shining (and even if it's overcast) the 2nd LED comes on too. I have never seen the 3rd LED which is intended to signal "charged" but the manual claims it's looking for a pretty high voltage in order to consider the battery charged (like 14.2 or something like that). I'm a little concerned about it over-charging but so far I am very happy with the performance of the panel and keeping the battery charged. My eventual plan is to connect it to the battery to an ATV that eats battery like crazy. If I don't start and run the ATV at least once every two weeks the battery is dead. The ATV is in a small garage on my hunting property and I don't get there but maybe once a month. Most of the time the battery is dead when I arrive so I have to jump it almost every time. I believe this panel/charger will solve my problem. Will update if anything goes poorly!Update: Last weekend (8/12/25) I went to the property where I keep the ATV and this panel had been in place doing its thing for about a month. The battery was stone dead when I put the panel/charger on it. I actually had two ATVs with dead batteries so I jumped the wires to both. One is a Polaris sportsman 1000 (larger battery) and the other is a Polaris sportsman 335 (smaller battery). Couple weeks later the smaller of the two ATVs fired up and this past weekend the 1000 fired up. This panel and charger absolutely work! It’s a trickle, but it is definitely charging/maintaining. I bought a couple more for some campers.
